Kochi, Feb 27 : Kerala Labour Minister P K Gurudasan today inaugurated the ‘Kerala Institute of Welding and Research’, established by the Department of Factories and Boilers, Kerala Government and The Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) at Udyogamandal near here.
